You can now create your customer log-in!
Good news, we just rolled out this new account log-in to view your order status on Oct 1, 2022.
Take note this is still on beta, and completely optional for customers. Customers can still check out as guests or log-in on their accounts. There is no impact on your pending orders.
When you enable your customer account, your will see your order history, and current order status. You can edit your address information and can be filled automatically from the stored information during checkout.
Note: Only one email address can be associated with a customer account. If you want to change the email address that is associated with an account, you have to contact us.
Customers with previous orders who want to create a customer profile, will need to activate their account by logging in into the email they used for orders and setting a password. Once logged in, you can view your order history and status.
Alternatively, we can send you an email to activate your account for the email you used for orders if you prefer that route. Just contact us.
