  3. Make payment and order e-mail confirmation will be sent as usual.

How to Ship Items from your Personal Virtual Toy Safety Chest?

Automatic Free Shipping Threshold of $250 CAD

  • Once in-stock items in your Personal Virtual Toy Safety Chest amounts to $250 CAD, your order will automatically be processed for shipping.
  • Maple and Mangoes can opt to wait and combine shipping of items greater that the free shipping threshold as we expect items in your order arriving soon

 

On Request Shipping

  • You may request shipping of your in-stock items immediately if it is below the free shipping threshold. Send us a message HERE.
  • Flat rate shipping of $19.98 will be applied to your order, and a revised invoice for payment will be sent to your email.
  • We will process the shipment once we receive the shipping fee payment.

 

How do I check the status of my pre-orders?

If you wish to check the status of your pre-orders, you may view the current estimated arrival date on the specific product page. You may also log in to your Maple and Mangoes account by enabling your customer account to see your order history, and current order status, and also edit your address information. Abandoned Items

If you have items in your Personal Virtual Toy Safety Chest that is held for one year, and you haven’t made any new orders in the last 6 months, it will be deemed forfeited and non-refundable.

 

Cancellation of Items from your Personal Virtual Toy Safety Chest

Our general cancellation policies will apply should you change your mind especially on pre-order items. If the order has not been shipped, we will charge a 5% cancellation fee for pre-orders, 15% cancellation fee for in-stock items, 15% cancellation fee for pre-orders paid through Sezzle Buy Now Pay Later, or 25% cancellation fee for in-stock items paid through Sezzle Buy Now Pay Later.

 

General Policies for your Personal Virtual Toy Safety Chest:

  • Items purchased prior to Aug 1, 2024, the launch date, is not eligible for your Personal Virtual Toy Safety Chest.
  • Items ordered using your Personal Virtual Toy Safety Chest are not eligible for the free shipping for orders over $169.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel this checkout option.
