• Flat rate shipping of $35 USD for orders below $249 USD (Continental USA)
• Duties and Taxes: Import duties and/or taxes may be assessed and the receiver is responsible for import duties and/or taxes.

 

Order Processing

Orders with purely in-stock items are processed within 24 to 48 business day hours (weekdays). Items are shipped from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. If your order includes pre-order items, we will put your order on courtesy hold until we receive all items from the manufacturer and ship your order in one package as soon as possible. We highly suggest making separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items if you want in-stock items to be shipped within our standard processing times. We are trying our best to always have a fast turnaround time to keep you satisfied. We may process orders even on weekends but shipments are only received by couriers and the post office only on weekdays when they are open. 

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items added to cart and checked out will be processed on your payment card immediately and order will be held until the items arrive ready for shipping. We will send you an email once they are ready to be shipped. Shipping cost is computed based on how your pre-order item was included in your order.

Please note that arrival dates of pre-order items are estimated dates given to us by the manufacturer and may be subject to change without notice at any time. Please take note of the expected date of arrival on the product page. This is the estimated arrival date that is given to us by the supplier and is subject to change without notice. You can always request to immediately ship the in-stock items ahead of the pre-order items, but this will be subject to shipping fees.

If you wish to check the status of your pre-order, you may view the current estimated arrival date on the specific product page. You may also log in to your Maple and Mangoes account by enabling your customer account to see your order history, and current order status, and also edit your address information. Combined Pre-Order and In-Stock items on one order

Orders can be made by including pre-order items (even with different estimated arrival dates) and in-stock items in order to avail of the free shipping threshold of $169 CAD for Canadian addresses or $249 for USA addresses. You may request to immediately ship the in-stock items in that order and use the free shipping ticket first. However, when the remaining pre-order items arrive, we will apply a flat rate shipping of $19.98 CAD for Canadian addresses or $35 USD for USA addresses. If you to want to take advantage of free shipping for the all items in that order, we will gladly put your in-stock items on courtesy hold until all your pre-order items arrive and then ship them all together.

 

How Do We Package Shipments? (Especially for Collectibles)

We understand that the box or the packaging can be more important that the toy itself (We get you, fellow collectors!). We handle each order thinking about the person who is going to receive it, that is why we carefully wrap each order in a bubble wrap, put packing peanuts, add more air pillows, and/or put a box in a box in order to prevent item damage during shipment, and also place a big fragile sticker in front AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! We care about your collections just like our own.

You will notice as well that we re-use our original manufacturer’s shipping boxes, and we may customize the box as well to fit in your orders in an efficient way. This is our way to save on overhead costs, pass on the savings to you, and also great for the environment too!

FREE Pickup, No Minimum Order

Pick up your orders at no cost, simply choose the pick up option on checkout. We are located in Chaparral SE, Calgary, Alberta Canada. There is no minimum order. We will send you an email and text confirmation and complete address that your order is ready for pick-up and ask for a convenient time that you can come. In stock orders are usually ready within 24 - 48 business day hours (weekdays). Please send us a message via the messenger on our website or email us at contactus@mapleandmangoes.ca if you need to change your pickup time or day.

If your items are not picked up for a reasonable timeframe of one year from the notification that your order is ready for pick-up, we will forfeit your order and deem abandoned and will not be refunded.

 

FREE Local Delivery within Calgary for orders over $169 CAD, guaranteed delivery within 3 days

Have your order delivered for free for orders over $169 CAD. Applicable to Calgary addresses only and to a single address. If you wish delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate transactions of over $169 CAD. 

Your package will still be hand-delivered to you or your doorstep if your address is in Calgary even if you choose the shipping/courier option. This ensures that your package will experience less handling abuse from couriers like CanadaPost, UPS, Purolator, etc.

Delivery within Calgary is guaranteed within 3 days if all your items are in-stock. We will send you an email and text when a delivery is in progress and when orders have been delivered.

FREE Shipping on orders over $169 CAD (anywhere in Canada)

Get free shipping to any Canadian address for orders over $169 CAD. We currently ship orders via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Purolator and other local carriers so the total time it takes to get an order may vary.

Yes we do ship to PO Boxes!

A tracking number will be provided to you via email to give you an accurate delivery schedule. Please note that it takes 1-2 business days for status updates to change on Canada Post tracking website once the post office receives it.

USA Shipping and Delivery

• We are now shipping again to 48 continental United States address (and you may choose your shipping options at checkout.
• Duties and Taxes: Import duties and/or taxes may be assessed and the receiver is responsible for import duties and/or taxes.

 

Flat rate shipping of $35 USD for orders below $249 (to continental USA)   

For orders below the $249 USD free shipping threshold, we offer a flat rate of $35 USD. A tracking number will be provided to give you an accurate delivery schedule. See above for an estimate of delivery standards.

 

FREE USA Shipping on orders over $249 (anywhere in Canada)

Get free shipping to the USA (to 48 continental USA states) for orders over $249. We currently ship orders via Canada Post, USPS and UPS so the total time it takes to get an order may vary.

Shipping is usually 4-10 business days as we process your order from Canada. A tracking number will be provided to you via email to give you an accurate delivery schedule. Please note that it takes 1-2 business days for status updates to change on tracking website once the post office receives it. 

 

International Shipping (Aside from USA and Canada)

• We currently do not send our shipments internationally aside from the US and Canada.

 

Undelivered Packages

At rare instances, a package might be returned to us by the carrier as undeliverable for several reasons:

• The courier attempted delivery but failed.
  • Most of our couriers make more than one attempt to deliver a package. After several attempts, they usually leave a notice card with pick-up address and store your package for you to pick up for a limited number of days. If past the pick-up period, they return it back to us with a return shipping charge.
• The address is wrong, and/or missing an apartment or unit number.
  • Couriers usually automatically ship it back to us with a return shipping charge, even without notification. If you/we catch the missing address information in time, we could request to pick it up at a nearby courier or post office; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Kindly double-check the address carefully when placing your order.

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will notify you that we received a return.

If you still want your order, we will reship the same items for a flat rate shipping fee of $19.98 CAD for Canadian addresses or $35 USD for US addresses plus the return shipping charge.

If we do not hear from you within 30 days or if you changed your mind, we will issue an order refund minus the return shipping charge and 15% restocking fee.
